Section 465 IAC 2-13-38 - Governing body

Sec. 38.

(a) The child caring institution shall have a governing body which exercises authority over, and has responsibility for, the operation, policy, and practices of the facility.
(b) Employees, including the administrator, shall not constitute a majority membership in the governing body.
