Section 465 IAC 2-12-40 - Admission

Sec. 40.

(a) Admission policies shall be clearly defined and stated in writing.
(b) The child caring institution shall obtain, prior to admission of a child, information about the child and family circumstances to determine whether care in the child caring institution is in the best interest of the child.
