Section 465 IAC 2-11-16 - "Living unit" defined

Sec. 16.

As used in this rule, "living unit" means the building or part of a building which contains separate living, sleeping, and sanitation facilities for a group of children who eat, sleep, and have some of their daily activities apart from other groups of children.
