Section 460 IAC 14-25-8 - Civil action

Sec. 8.

(a) Any party who disagrees with the final action after administrative review may bring a civil action.

(b) The action may be brought in any state court or a United States district court of competent jurisdiction without regard to the amount in dispute.

(c) The court must be provided with the records related to the impartial due process hearing and the administrative review.
