Sec. 1.
The purpose of this article is to set forth rules for the state-federal vocational rehabilitation program in the state of Indiana, as authorized under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 701, et seq.), and implement federal regulations ( 34 CFR 361, et seq.), as amended.
