Section 455 IAC 2-4-6 - "Aged" defined

Sec. 6.

"Aged" means the following:

(1) For Medicaid eligibility purposes, a person at least sixty-five (65) years of age.

(2) For Title III, SSBG, and CHOICE eligibility purposes, a person at least sixty (60) years of age.
