Section 455 IAC 2-4-18 - "Exploitation" defined

Affected: IC 12-10; IC 35-46-1-12

Sec. 18.

"Exploitation" means:

(1) unauthorized use of the:
(A) personal services;
(B) property; or
(C) identity;

of an individual; or

(2) any other type of criminal exploitation, including exploitation under IC 35-46-1-12;

for one's own profit or advantage or for the profit or advantage of another.
