Section 455 IAC 2-4-16 - "Entity" defined

Sec. 16.

"Entity" means any of the following:

(1) An association.

(2) A corporation.

(3) A limited liability company.

(4) A governmental entity.

(5) A partnership.

(6) A person with a contract.

(7) A person or persons providing or applying to provide HCBS.
