Section 455 IAC 2-2-5 - Exclusion

Sec. 5.

Providers of self-directed attendant care services funded under CHOICE are exempt from the rules of this article that are specific to self-directed attendant care services. However, they must continue to comply with the applicable provisions of 455 IAC 1-9 and any amendments thereto.
