Section 455 IAC 2-18-1 - Warranty required

Affected: IC 12-10

Sec. 1.

All applicable services provided to an individual under this rule including, but not limited to:

(1) durable medical equipment;

(2) personal emergency response system;

(3) home modification; and

(4) vehicle modifications;

shall supply a warranty effective for at least one (1) year from the date of new installation or the date the individual received the new item, whichever is applicable.
