Section 455 IAC 1-6-9 - Confidentiality

Sec. 9.

(a) The provider shall receive and maintain all information, including, but not limited to, recipient information in a confidential manner.

(b) All recipient information shall remain confidential, and access shall be limited to authorized employees of the provider.
