Sec. 15.
(a) Application for a waiver under IC 12-10-12-23 of the prescreening sanction may be made to the office. The waiver may be granted if, after investigation, it is found that the conditions under IC 12-10-12-23 were met and if the health facility and hospital when necessary cooperated in the prescreening process promptly. The office shall confer with the prescreening agency to ascertain whether the conditions established in this subsection and IC 12-10-12-23 were met.
