Section 440 IAC 7.5-3-6 - Income incentive

Sec. 6.

Under the income incentive, the first sixteen dollars ($16) plus fifty percent (50%) of all wages over sixteen dollars ($16) earned during the month is not counted as income for purposes of figuring the resident living allowance.
