Section 440 IAC 11-1-3 - "Accrediting agency" defined

Sec. 3.

"Accrediting agency" means an organization, included on a list of accrediting organizations approved by the division, that:

(1) has developed clinical, financial, and organizational standards for the operation of a provider of mental health services; and

(2) evaluates a provider's compliance with the organization's established standards on a regularly scheduled basis.
