Section 440 IAC 10-1-54 - "State authority" defined

Sec. 54.

"State authority" means the government agency designated by the governor, or other appropriate official designated by the governor, to exercise the responsibility and authority within the state for governing the treatment of opioid addiction with an opioid drug.
