Section 440 IAC 10-1-3 - "Accreditation body" defined

Sec. 3.

"Accreditation body" means a body that has been approved by both the division and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration under 42 CFR § 8.3.
