Section 440 IAC 10-1-27 - "Maintenance treatment" defined

Sec. 27.

"Maintenance treatment" means the administering of an opioid treatment medication at stable dosage levels for a period in excess of twenty-one (21) days in the treatment of an individual for opioid addiction.
