Section 440 IAC 10-1-18 - "Educational services" defined

Sec. 18.

"Educational services" means services providing information to patients, their families, and other groups concerning topics, including the treatment of opioid addiction, relevant to:

(1) OTP patients;

(2) their families;

(3) significant others; and

(4) the community.
