Section 440 IAC 10-1-13 - "Certification" defined

Sec. 13.

"Certification" means the process used by the division to document an entity's compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements for operating as a provider of services, including the issuance of a certificate if the entity is found to comply with this article.
