Section 410 IAC 6-9-6 - Severability

Sec. 6.

(Validity). If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this regulation [ 410 IAC 6-9 ], or any other part thereof, be declared invalid for any reason, the remainder of said regulation [ 410 IAC 6-9 ] shall not be affected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect.
