Section 410 IAC 6-8.3-50 - "Technology new to Indiana" or "TNI" defined

Sec. 50.

"Technology new to Indiana" or "TNI" means on-site sewage treatment or disposal methods, processes, or equipment not described in this rule that have been approved by the department in accordance with section 52(h) of this rule.
