Section 410 IAC 6-8.3-46 - "Soil profile analysis" defined

Sec. 46.

"Soil profile analysis" means the observation and evaluation of the physical characteristics of the soil horizons or layers to:

(1) a depth of at least five (5) feet; or
(2) if shallower, a layer that cannot be readily penetrated.
