Section 410 IAC 6-8.3-28 - "Person" defined

Sec. 28.

"Person" means any:

(1) individual;

(2) partnership;

(3) copartnership;

(4) firm;

(5) company;

(6) corporation;

(7) association;

(8) trust;

(9) estate; or

(10) other legal entity, its or their successors, assigns, or agents.
