Section 410 IAC 6-8.3-20 - "Interceptor drain" defined

Sec. 20.

"Interceptor drain" means a subsurface drainage system constructed only on the upslope side or sides of a soil absorption system for the purpose of diverting subsurface water around the soil absorption system site.
