Section 410 IAC 6-7.2-36 - Enforcement

Sec. 36.

The department may commence an action under IC 16-19-3-4, IC 16-19-3-5, and IC 4-21.5-3-6, or IC 4-21.5-3-8 against a camp operator who:

(1) fails to comply with this rule; or

(2) interferes with or obstructs the department or its designated agent in the performance of duties pursuant to this rule.
