Section 410 IAC 6-2.1-7.3 - "Full stomach vomit" defined

Sec. 7.3.

"Full stomach vomit" for the purpose of this rule shall mean the emptying of all of the stomach's contents as a result of an illness as opposed to vomit from swallowing too much water, overexertion, or play.
