Section 410 IAC 6-2.1-40 - Food area

Sec. 40.

(a) Food may be permitted only in the visitor or spectator area of a public pool, or in a similarly separated snack area for bathers.

(b) Only drinks in unbreakable containers shall be permitted on the pool deck.
