Section 410 IAC 6-2.1-19.5 - "Tourist home" defined

Sec. 19.5.

"Tourist home" means a structure constructed as a single-family dwelling that is rented or otherwise contracted for overnight lodging to a tourist for more than three (3) times per year or more than ten (10) days per year, total.
