Section 410 IAC 6-11-5 - Food service

Sec. 5.

All rooms, equipment, and utensils used for the storage, preparation, and serving of food, or for washing of food equipment and utensils at a facility, shall be constructed and operated in accordance with 410 IAC 7-15.1[ 410 IAC 7-15.1 was repealed filed Mar 30, 2000, 3:51 p.m.: 23 IR 1984.].
