Section 410 IAC 32-1-23 - "Deteriorated paint" defined

Affected: IC 16-41-39.8

Sec. 23.

"Deteriorated paint" means:

(1) any interior or exterior paint or other coating that is cracking, chipping, peeling, or chalking; or

(2) any paint or coating located on an interior or exterior surface or fixture; that is otherwise damaged or separated from the substrate.
