Section 410 IAC 32-1-18 - "Contractor" defined

Sec. 18.

"Contractor" means:

(1) a company;

(2) a partnership;

(3) a corporation;

(4) a sole proprietorship;

(5) an association; or

(6) other business entity; that performs lead-based paint activities to which the department has issued a license under 410 IAC 32-2.
