Section 410 IAC 3.2-1-34 - "X-rays" defined

Sec. 34.

"X-rays" means x-ray procedures that are medically necessary to complete a diagnostic evaluation. X-rays shall be performed on an outpatient basis unless the director approved inpatient services for a specific purpose.
