Section 410 IAC 3.2-1-31 - "Surgery" defined

Sec. 31.

"Surgery" means necessary professional services for surgical procedures, anesthesia services, use of the operating and recovery room, and supplies medically necessary to treat or correct a child's identified eligible medical condition.
