Section 410 IAC 17-9-26 - "Social work assistant" defined

Sec. 26.

"Social work assistant" means an individual who has a baccalaureate degree in psychology, sociology, or other field related to social work, and has had at least one (1) year of social work experience in a health care setting and is supervised by a social worker.
