Section 410 IAC 12.1-3-1 - "Gasohol" defined

Sec. 1.

"Gasohol" has the meaning set forth in IC 16-44-2-8(b)(1)(E). For purposes of IC 16-44-2, this definition includes both E10 and E15 ethanol blends as set forth in 40 CFR 1090.80 as incorporated by reference.
