Section 410 IAC 1-5-7.5 - "Facility" defined

Sec. 7.5.

"Facility" means a tattoo parlor or a body piercing facility, or both, which is any room or space where tattooing or body piercing, or both, is provided or where the business of tattooing or body piercing, or both, is conducted.
