Sec. 1.
(a) In order for an individual to receive benefits under CHIP, the individual's family must pay the monthly premium established by the office in accordance with 42 U.S.C. 1397 cc. The rates, approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, are set forth in Section 8 of the CHIP State Plan.(b) Premiums must be paid monthly.
