Section 405 IAC 8-2-9 - "Enhanced Medicare Part D plan" defined

Sec. 9.

"Enhanced Medicare Part D plan" means a Medicare Part D plan that is not considered standard or basic actuarially equivalent standard coverage by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
