Section 405 IAC 8-2-35 - "Standard" defined

Sec. 35.

"Standard" means a Medicare Part D plan that is considered standard or basic actuarially equivalent standard coverage by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The term excludes enhanced plans.
