Section 405 IAC 8-2-19 - "Medicare-Advantage prescription drug plan" defined

Sec. 19.

"Medicare-Advantage prescription drug plan" means an entity authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide prescription drug coverage to Medicare-Advantage beneficiaries.
