Section 405 IAC 1-20-5 - Record retention

Sec. 5.

The transferee shall take possession of the Medicaid records of the transferor and safeguard them for no less than three (3) years from the date of the last claim reimbursed by the office or until any pending administrative or judicial appeal is closed, whichever is longer.
