I, THE UNDERSIGNED, a duly authorized inspector of the Indiana Department of Commerce, Division of Agriculture, do hereby certify that on the date indicated I personally graded the above described animals and they met the standards for the grades indicated as set forth in the rules and regulations of the Indiana Dairy Export Certification Program in accordance with House Enrolled Act 1434 P.L. 114, Code IC 15-2-16[sic] (Acts 1982).

I do hereby verify that based upon the seller's signed statement, the total actual prices stated on this document_________________were paid to said seller for the above described animals.
