Section 375 IAC 1-6-1 - General enforcement

Sec. 1.

The panel may, subject to the approval of the commissioner, bring an action to enjoin a producer, processor, handler, or retailer from selling an agricultural product by false or misleading advertising claiming that the agricultural product is organic.
