Section 355 IAC 8-5-3 - Record keeping period; inspection

Sec. 3.

All records required under this rule shall be as follows:

(1) Kept and maintained for a period of two (2) years.

(2) Made available for inspection or copying within thirty (30) days of written or oral request by the state chemist.
