Section 355 IAC 8-2-11 - "Floodway" defined

Sec. 11.

"Floodway" means the channel of a river or stream and those portions of the floodplain adjoining the channel that are reasonably required to efficiently carry and discharge the peak flood flow of a one hundred (100) year flood as determined by 312 IAC 10.
