Section 355 IAC 5-9-1 - Pesticide storage and use within the isolation area

Sec. 1.

(a) Except for pesticides labeled for use in the treatment of drinking water, pesticide storage, mixing, and loading shall be prohibited within the isolation area.
(b) Application of pesticides within the isolation area shall be permitted unless prohibited by:
(1) the pesticide label; or
(2) a rule by the Indiana pesticide review board.
