Section 355 IAC 5-2-8 - Filling liquid bulk pesticide containers

Sec. 8.

Liquid bulk pesticide storage containers shall not be filled to more than ninety-five percent (95%) of capacity unless the storage container construction or location provides constant temperature control or is otherwise designed to be filled to a capacity of greater than ninety-five percent (95%).
