Section 355 IAC 5-2-11 - Liquid bulk pesticide level gauging device

Sec. 11.

(a) Liquid bulk storage containers shall be equipped with a liquid level gauging device or other means by which the level of liquid in the storage container can be readily and safely determined.

(b) External sight gauges are prohibited.
