Section 355 IAC 5-10-1 - Use of service containers

Sec. 1.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a certified applicator or an individual working under the supervision of a certified applicator may transfer a diluted or an undiluted pesticide to a service container, as defined in 355 IAC 5-1-11.5. (b) Use of a service container shall not be permitted if the original label of the pesticide:

(1) requires storage in the original container only; or

(2) prohibits transfer to other containers.
