Sec. 16.
"Wellhead protection area" refers to the surface and subsurface area of the wellhead protection area, as defined in 327 IAC 8-4.1-1(27), that is located within a three thousand (3,000) foot radius of a community public water supply system (327 IAC 8-4.1-1(5)) production well or wellfield and through which contaminants are likely to move.
